Cecabank regularly brings together industry professionals and regulators to consider and discuss the ongoing operational, policy, regulatory and technological changes directly impacting the payments business and the financial sector.
The way in which citizens execute payments and monetary transactions has evolved enormously over the last decade, and more acutely since the outbreak of the pandemic. Mobile phones have accelerated this change and have become an essential payment instrument, either for the payment itself by tokenising our cards and accounts or for securing the payments we make. In addition, new instruments, such as the digital euro, are poised to play an important role in retail payments. This is why we have decided to use this event as an opportunity to jointly shed light on what the future of payments may look like in the coming years.
This conference, organised by Cecabank and Cinco Días, will be held on Friday 10 February 2023 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cecabank Assembly Hall, located at Calle Caballero de Gracia 28, Madrid. During the event there will be a coffee break for networking, and a Spanish wine will be served to conclude the event.
