In compliance with our duty of information in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, you are hereby informed that Cecabank, S.A., with registered office at Calle Alcalá, 27, 5ª planta, Madrid (28014), is the controller with regard to the data processing associated to the internal regulations relating to Customer Service. The purpose and legal basis for this processing is to respond to complaints and claims from users of the financial services provided by Cecabank, in compliance with its legal obligations deriving from the regulations on transparency and customer protection. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation, opposition or portability to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who is the company's Regulatory Compliance Officer. We also hereby inform you that in the event of any disputes relating to the processing of your personal data, you can file a complaint at any time with the supervisory authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD). Under no circumstances will the data be transferred to third parties, excepting legal obligations, and we will retain the data for the time required until the time limit for instituting legal proceedings has expired.
